By using lionshare.co you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Lionshare app is available by invitation, under a separate agreement with each customer.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about Lionshare. You may not scrape, mirror or copy its content by automated means without our written permission.

What the site shows

Films and screens are labeled for what they are. Unless a film says it is a measured run on real files, it shows demo data. Figures from the measured run describe that one run and are not a promise of results on other files.

Not an offer

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in Lionshare Global, LLC.

Our content

The Lionshare name, logos, text, screens and films belong to Lionshare Global, LLC. You may link to the site; any other use needs our written permission.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but we may correct errors or change content at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lionshare Global, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are first addressed in good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida.
