We’re changing
how people work.

Lionshare is the compounding company: every job it takes on makes it better at the next one, and gives people their time back for the work only they can do.

Our story

Built from
the work itself.

01

Where we started

Lionshare began inside commercial real estate funds, in the founder’s own work: underwriting deals from a seller’s statements, structuring capital and reporting every quarter. Most of that work was reading, typing and reconciling.

02

What we learned

The same work sits under every kind of property. A condominium board, an apartment operator and a vacation rental program all spend most of the week entering, chasing and checking. The documents change; the work doesn’t.

03

Where we’re going

So we build one foundation and teach it each new job. Every job makes it better at the next one: property management, then HOAs, then vacation rentals. Lenders, advisors and consultants are next.

One foundation

Every market
builds on the last.

What Lionshare learns in one kind of property goes to work in all of them.

How we build

Four rules we
don’t bend.

It does the work. You make the call.
Anything that reaches a resident, owner, vendor or investor is a button a person presses.
It shows its work.
Every figure links to the page it came from. Nothing to take on faith.
Bring what you have.
No cleanup before you start. Messy files are the point.
Your records stay yours.
Access by role, every change traced, and everything exportable, any time.
