Who we are

Lionshare Global, LLC operates lionshare.co. This policy covers the website: what it collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The Lionshare app has its own terms with each customer.

What we collect

What you type into the contact form: your name and email, and anything else you choose to add, like your company or association, phone number, what you run and what takes your team the most time.

With each message we keep the page you sent it from, the country your connection came from and a one-way fingerprint of your network address, used only to stop spam.

What we do with it

A person at Lionshare reads your message and replies. We use it to answer you and to prepare the demo you asked for. We never sell or rent personal data, and we don’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.

Who helps us run the site

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form messages. Resend delivers the email that tells us a message arrived. Each one gets only what it needs to do that job.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t follow you across sites.

Files you send us

If you send files for a demo, we use them only to prepare that demo, keep them with access limited to the people working on it, and delete them when you ask.

How long we keep it

We keep messages as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, then delete them. We protect them with encryption in transit and at rest, and with restricted access.

Your choices

To see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, email jmchale@lionshare.co from the address you used. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and we honor verified requests.

Children

The site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13, and delete it if we learn we have.

Changes

If this policy changes, we post the new version here with a new date.
