More doors.
Same team.

Leasing, maintenance, vendors and the books, with the legwork already done. Your team makes the calls, and the same people run more doors.

Where the week goes

Most of the week
goes to routine work.

Answering the same questions, keying invoices, chasing vendors, building reports. Lionshare takes that part, so the hours go back to residents and owners.

A day with Lionshare

Your team’s day,
without the chasing.

Anything that reaches a resident, a lead or a vendor is a button your team presses. Everything before it is done.

Leasing

Every lead answered,
every renewal ready.

Leads from every listing site land in one list with a reply already drafted. Renewal offers are priced and written before the notice window opens.

  • Simple questions get a drafted answer; the rest arrive with a summary
  • Applications checked, the lease drafted and signed on a phone
  • Renewals and month-to-month decisions in one list

Maintenance

The queue sorts itself
by what matters.

Requests come in by text, email or the resident app. Lionshare sorts them by trade and urgency and lines up the next step on each one.

  • Where every request stands, and what happens next
  • Warranty caught before anyone pays for covered work
  • Vendor arrival and completion logged on the request
Maintenance requests sorted by urgency, with where each one stands
Appliance inventory

Every appliance, on file
from a photo.

Snap the label on a dishwasher or a condenser. Lionshare reads the model, serial and install date and checks the warranty, so the next repair starts with the right part.

  • Model and serial read from the label
  • Warranty dates tracked per appliance
  • The right vendor for that make, when it breaks

Service providers

Vendors found, checked
and compared.

For a repair or a renovation, Lionshare finds local vendors, checks their licenses and puts the bids side by side, priced alike. Your team picks one and presses send.

  • Local vendors found by trade
  • Licenses and insurance checked
  • Bids compared line by line

Accounting

The month closes
before you ask.

Rent matched, invoices coded, owner statements built. Every figure links to the page it came from.

  • Payments matched to residents and units
  • Invoices read and coded to the right account
  • Income statement and owner reports, every month

Switching

Off your old system,
without retyping.

Drop in the exports, statements and lease files you have. Lionshare rebuilds units, residents, leases, deposits and the books, and shows you what matches.

Owners and investors

What operations produce,
investors see.

Owner statements, investor updates and capital calls come from the same records your team works in, so nobody rebuilds the numbers for a report.

  • Investors, commitments and documents in one place
  • Subscription and signing without leaving Lionshare
  • Distributions and updates drafted from the month’s close

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does Lionshare reply to residents and leads on its own?

No. It drafts the reply and lines up the step. Your team reads it and sends it, and you choose which routine jobs can run without a click.

We run Yardi. Do we have to leave it?

No. Start with one job alongside what you have, like closing the books or answering leads. When you’re ready to switch, Lionshare reads your exports and statements and rebuilds the records.

How long does switching take?

It depends on what you bring. We measured a run on a 258-unit condominium’s own files: 1,842 files scanned and 61 of 61 months matched within $5, in 35 minutes 49 seconds, with nothing needed from its old system.

What happens to our maintenance vendors?

They stay. Lionshare keeps their details, licenses and pricing on file, sends them requests your team approves, and compares their bids side by side.

How is it priced?

By the doors and the jobs you hand over. Tell us what you run and we’ll show you the work and the price on your own files.
